Enchilada Chile...
Cook the following together
1 lb ground beef
Three tbs Chili powder
1/4 tsp cumino 
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt (more or less to taste)

Add 1 tbsp flour and stir so all flour is combined and cooked with meet.  Then add three cups of water.  Cook for 30 minutes.</description>
