Ummmm. . . well, I’ve had a few Philly Cheese Steaks in my time, and I’m afraid this is a Very different thing. So different in fact that the reference is pretty much a stretch. Serving this in Philly might get you chased by angry mobs with pitch forks and flaming torches. LOL. But I’m sure it’s yummy, and what the heck, a little sacrilege never hurt anybody. . . much. LOL.
Love Ya!
@ironbuttermilk You know, I was going to say the same thing. NOBODY outside of Philadelphia knows what a true Cheesesteak is. (I refuse to call it a Philly Cheesesteak.) Cheese Whiz and chopped steak, just like Pat’s, is perfect…ooops…did I show my Philly side? hehe
No matter, it looks great. I just wouldn’t call it Philly Beef anything. It’s actually a bit like a Hamburger Helper dish, but better! Great job!
BTW- If you use a whisk with the roue, you won’t get the lumps.
you are sooooooooo cute num numn num num
