Can anyone provide me the most delicious diet recipe(s), which hopefully no need to cook (or light cooking)? I would like recipes includes monday to sunday, 3 meals a day. The less the preparation of the food, the more delicious of the food, the better the recipes. Please don’t only include fruits. I am a meat lover, can’t only eat fruits. Also, I don’t want to eat salad, because I am afraid of the ecoli.

OK you are asking for too much buddy! there is no such thing!
you ask for the impossible….
but here is what i did and it really worked..
Mornings:
Sassouges + Any corn flakes + Fruit
Lunch:
anything but no carbs…..
Dinner:
Eggs (how ever you like it) steak or chicken or fish
I did the above for 2 weeks and lost alot of weight…the secret is not to have any carbs (bread, pasta….etc)
