This starvation mode will hold onto fat, in fear of not knowing when it will recieve its next energy source. This is why eating small meals throughout the day will help us lose our bellies. We will be putting our metabolismon auto pilot to burn lots of calories. So 5 meals a day must have
1 portion of low fat protein(chicken breasts, tuna)
1 portion of healthy carbs(whole grain wheat)
1 healthy fat(natural peanut butter, fish oils)
When dropping weight we must have these 3 key components in our diet at every meal, then on top of that 3 times a day try and add in a green vegetable. As long as your taking a multivitamin this is not necessary, but green leafy veggies have been proven to help lose the weight. So its up to you more weight-loss more broccoli, less weight-loss no broccoli.
Also, when we are trying to lose belly fat we MUST drink plenty of water. water needs to be your one and only beverage right now while dropping the weight. No sugar drinks, no sodas, no fruit juice. WATER WATER WATER. This will help flood out any toxins built up, it willenablefor extra weightloss, and staying extra hydrated will keep you full longerand allow you to feel more energetic and alive. Infact we are 70% water ourselves, no wonder we feel better when we are hydrated. So try and keep this as your main beverage of choice and try and sip it all day long.
Lastly, if we get our diet and nutrition down, and did absolutely nothing else, we will lose weight. There is no other option when eating healthy and limiting your calorie intake, and making your metabolism work around the clock. Weightloss will occur. If you choose to do any exercise at all this will only help remove unwanted belly fat even quicker. I would shoot for 30 mintutes a day of walking or running or something cardio based 3 times a week. If you are losing quickly keep doing it. If you plateau do it 5 days a week, like I said all exercise in the beginning is extra bonus weightloss. We must first start in the kitchen.
