Those three months  are November, December, and January. Because  of thanksgiving November is a difficult month. The end of most dieters is this  holiday. Knowing the  holidays is one thing but the biggest issue is the willpower to pick the  correct foods is another one. They go crazy on the stuffing, macaroni  and cheese, turkey, and gravy because they&#8217;ve justified in their mind  that it&rsquo;s just one day out of the year.
